1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Pharmio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Pharmio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Pharmio service
Pharmio helps users scan supplements, organize supplement stacks, review possible overlaps and timing issues, manage routines, ask supplement-related questions, and generate AI-supported educational insights based on information provided by the user.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Health and supplement information
You are responsible for the information you provide, including supplement labels, goals, dosage details, routine preferences, and optional blood test files. Pharmio may generate outputs from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information. Always verify important information before relying on it.
Before starting, stopping, or changing supplements, medications, diet, exercise, or treatment plans, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are making decisions for a child.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload or provide to Pharmio. You grant Pharmio a limited license to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringes rights, contains malware, or violates another person's privacy.
6. Subscriptions, purchases, and one-off scans
Some features may require payment, a subscription, or a one-off scan purchase. Prices, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the app store purchase flow. Subscription billing and cancellations may be handled by Apple, Stripe, or another payment provider depending on where you purchase.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once the paid service has been delivered or the billing period has begun.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Pharmio for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass security protections;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- use the service to provide medical advice to others without proper authorization;
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed by Pharmio.
8. AI outputs and accuracy
Pharmio uses automated systems and AI-supported analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and seeking professional advice before making health-related decisions.
9. Intellectual property
Pharmio, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Pharmio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Pharmio or any related intellectual property.
10. Third-party services
Pharmio may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as app stores, payment processors, authentication providers, AI providers, storage services, or analytics tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of Pharmio at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of Pharmio after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Pharmio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if required by law. Some provisions, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations, survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
Pharmio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmio and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.
